ARTIST REGISTRATION PRESALE FAQ

  • When does registration begin?

    Registration for early access to tickets starts now through October 31st, at 10pm local time.  

  • When do tickets go onsale?

    American Express® Card Members can purchase presale tickets in North America, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and select European markets before the general public starting October 29th. Presale timing varies by region. For more information, visit amex.aegpresents.com/tylerthecreator.

    Fans in United States & Canada can register for presale access at chromakopiatour.com/register starting Wednesday, October 30th at 10am local time through Thursday, October 31st at 10pm local time.

    International fans can visit chromakopiatour.com for presale information in their city.

  • What does “Local Time” mean?

    Local time refers to the time zone where the venue is located.  

  • Will my presale code guarantee that I can purchase during the presale?

    Participating in presale registration does not guarantee tickets to the show. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. 

  • How many tickets can I purchase using my presale code?

    There is a presale ticket limit of 6 per person. 

  • Is there a cost associated with registering?

    No, registering for a presale code is free. 

  • Can I still register for presale if the presale has already begun?

    Yes, registration will be available throughout the presale in the United States and Canada.

  • When will presale codes be delivered?

    Codes will be delivered shortly before the presale begins.  

  • How will presale codes be delivered?

    Fans in the United States who successfully register for a presale code will receive an SMS and Email with their unique presale code. Fans in Canada will only receive an email with their unique presale code. If registering after a presale has begun, you will be able to view your presale code within the web browser of the sign-up form.  

  • Where do I purchase tickets?

    Ticket links will be sent to you when you receive your code. Tickets will be sold from websites designated by the venues.  

  • I did not receive my verification code when registering with my mobile number. How do I receive it?

    If you are still running into issues with receiving your verification code, please try sending an SMS with 'Yes' or 'Start' to 37077. This might enable you to start receiving SMS Verification codes. Please attempt to register again after re-enabling. Please also check your spam folders. If this still does not work, please email register@aegpresents.com and we will assist accordingly. 

  • Will my presale code work for all shows?

    No. Presale codes are unique to you and the market you registered for.

  • Can I register for multiple shows?

    Yes.  

  • Will presale codes for United States and Canada work in international markets?

    No. Presale codes received from registering on chromakopiatour.com/register will only work in the United States and Canada. For presale information in other markets, visit chromakopiatour.com.

  • What if I am having issues during the registration and presale process and my question hasn’t already been answered?

    If you have any issues, please email register@aegpresents.com and we will troubleshoot all issues and inquiries quickly to help resolve any issues.
